Delivery, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy 

Delivery Timescales

Online Cartridge is committed to make sure that our customers receive their order quickly and safely from us. It means that as soon as we receive your order we attempt to ensure that:

a) We deliver printer toners, ink cartridges and all products to you within 1-4 working days of the order.

b) The cartridges are dispatched same day of the order (subject to availability and receiving order before 4pm) and delivered to you next working day (except Saturday-Sunday).

c) In situations, where your order cannot be delivered within the above-mentioned timescales, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement.

d) We will ensure to complete all orders for goods or services within 28 working days. But forthcoming products are exempted from this term. In this case, our team will complete all orders within 28 days of the date of products’ availability- as displayed on our website for every goods and services.

e) We use differing methods of delivery, which may vary depending on the cost of products you have purchased from us.

f) Our delivery is FREE for all products regardless the cost of purchase within the United Kingdom except the weekend. Subject to the status and stock availability, we offer FREE Next Day Delivery on all printer toners, printer Inks and other consumables. We may charge you extra for some specific service i.e. guaranteed next day delivery, weekend delivery, etc.

We, at OnlineCartridge would like you to be aware that we are unable to deliver the products on bank holidays. We’ll, however, endeavour to deliver on the next working day; however, this is subject to status, credit check and stock availability.

Delivery Methods

OnlineCartridge will deliver the products using Private Courier and Royal Mail (subject to status of the order) between Mondays to Fridays. We do not provide Free Delivery on Saturdays; but if you need print cartridges in emergency over Saturday, we’ll charge you £15/-, for urgent delivery. At present we are only delivering to certain addresses in the UK on Saturday. The deliveries are mainly on a weekday, please contact us to know if you are entitled to Saturday delivery. Any product ordered from us will be delivered to a UK address only.

OnlineCartridge takes security very seriously and it is this reason that we’ll deliver our products to only address that customer had provided us at the time of placing the order.

If we are unable to fulfil the agreement for reasons beyond our control to supply you with your cartridges and goods within 30 days, we will offer a refund on your debit / credit card or suggest an alternative good.

Subject to any rights granted to you applicable under consumer law we, at OnlineCartridge, accept no liability for any failure to ship the products where this results from our inability to do so or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so; provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of placing the order that the goods will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases, we will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.

Signed For Delivery

It is our expectation that the products with a value of £50 and over must be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the product, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be held at the local depot for you to collect. Parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to us. Please contact as specified on the card to re-arrange the delivery or collect from your local depot. 

Alternative Option for Urgent Delivery

All our Free Deliveries are attempted next day before 12:00 (subject to stock and status of the availability). However, this is not guaranteed and the delivery may come to you later in the afternoon. If you are in urgent need of toners and ink cartridges, we have options of guaranteed next day delivery by 10am or by 12:00 next day to cater your emergency needs with minimal charges. We’ll charge you £5.50 to deliver before 12:00 noon and £9.99 to deliver by 10:00am.

Cancellation Rights & Refunds

If you have bought the products and services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within the time scales stated in our service policy.

OnlineCartridge follows 30 days money back guarantee service. Our customers simply return the purchased products in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging and upon receipt of the goods, we will refund your purchase. Please sure you keep your receipt safe. Any product purchased from us can be returned within 30 days of receipt as stipulated by our service policy.

Returns & Replacements

Onlinecartridge is to provide easy, efficient and economical service to our customers who are in search of printer toners and ink cartridges as well as other printer consumables. Nevertheless, we are also mindful that we deal with technology, we offer these terms in respect of returns, replacement and refunds for our products for your peace of mind and happiness. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee scheme that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us, you are entitled to return it (without giving a reason if you wish) within 30 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. However, postage and insurance are not refundable. If you are returning any goods with no fault of us, you have to make arrangements for shipping the products to us at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If we are collecting the goods on your behalf then we reserve the rights to deduct the cost of collection from your refund. For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund or replacement on any unwanted orders placed on our website

We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund including the cost of carriages. As all of our products carry their warranties from respective manufacturers, we will be pleased to replace these products provided prior Returned Merchandize Authorization is issued by their manufacturer. How long to get the replacement?

Our team at OnlineCartridge will dispatch you the replacement immediately (subject to availability) after the faulty goods have arrived back to us.

When refund will show in your account?

Money will be refunded and shown into your account within 30 days of the goods being returned and reached to us.

 Paying to return the goods and products?

We will organise a courier collection of any faulty cartridges and any other products. Unwanted goods shall be returned at your own expenses.

How to View Your Orders

To view your order placed with us, please ‘Sign in’ to your ‘My Account’ page and then view your order in your Account by following the direction. A tracking link will also be sent to you by email when you place an order from us, which you can follow to track your order.

Update Your Account Information

We expect that our customers keep their account information up to date for us to deliver effective service. You therefore warrant that:

a) The personal information that you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects,

b) You are not impersonating any other person or entity,

Returning Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect Products

Online Cartridge endeavours to provide genuine cartridges and premium quality cartridges and consumables to the online customers. Nevertheless, in any unforeseen circumstances, where delivered goods which are deemed faulty, damaged and incorrect, or delivered after the agreed dates, can be returned to us and we’ll refund the full cost including postage and packaging to you.

We may require a proof of payment to process return of your funds, so please ensure you keep your receipts safe. Please contact our dedicated Customer Service to arrange all returns by emailing us at or calling us on 020812382038 (open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday). Calls are charged at national rate.

Online Cartridge will refund any money you have paid to us within 30 days of receipt of your returned goods. If you face any problem outside 30 days period, please contact us on 02081238208 or email us and we shall be happy to help you.

Returning Products that You No Longer Required 

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles you to change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods and services. However, at Online Cartridge, we have 30 days money back guarantee scheme for our customers’ peace of mind. What you need to do is to simply return your purchased products in perfect condition in original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund your money or exchange it with other products if you would like to do so.

Please note that the items to be eligible to return, the products must be unused, in original packaging as well as returned in the same condition as you received from us.

We would like to request you to please ensure that you keep your receipts safe. Any product may be returned within 30 days of receipt as stipulated by our service policy. You are not entitled to a refund of the cost incurred to return the goods back to us.
